The house has ample turn radius for wheelchairs, and there are grab bars around the toilet. The step-in shower has a bench for seating. Comfortable, accessible living, all on one floor! The kitchen comes equipped with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, and a dishwasher; the washer/dryer hook-up has space for full-sized units. A washer/dryer set are available for rent for $65.00/month. For this unit, Hilltop provides lawn care and trash service; tenant is responsible for water service through the City of Eldon and electricity through Ameren Missouri. Pet rent is $25/month per animal, with a maximum of two pets. Interested?
