It has a zero-point entry, doors are a minimum of 3 feet wide, and the low lip step-in shower has only a 4-inch curb. The house has spacious rooms with ample turn radius for wheelchairs. Comfortable, accessible living, all on one floor! The kitchen comes equipped with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, and a dishwasher; the washer/dryer hook-up has space for full-sized units. Electricity through Ameren Missouri and water/sewer through the City of Eldon are tenant responsibility. Hilltop will provide lawn care and trash service. We are pet friendly! Pet rent is $25/month per pet, with a maximum of two animals. A washer/dryer set may be rented for $65/month. Interested?
