- ELECTRIC INCLUDED! Meaning you do not have to pay any utilities! Landlord pays for electric, water, sewer & trash.
- This unit is a ground floor unit - meaning no stairs!
- The washer & dryer in the basement of the building is on the same level as this apartment, meaning no hauling your laundry up or down the stairs!
- Very spacious layout

Our General Qualifications:
- Please have verifiable continuous employment or income.
- We do background and credit checks.
- Your gross monthly income should be 3-4 times the monthly rent.
- Having previous rental history is a plus.
- Application fees are $40 per adult.
- These are only general qualifications; anyone can apply regardless.

Our Pet Policy -
We allow a limit of 1 dog 30lbs and under. There is a $500 one-time non-refundable fee, and then $20/monthly for pet rent after that. We unfortunately do not allow cats.
