This is a 2nd floor apartment in one of our non-animal buildings. This unit has been upgraded a few years ago and has stainless steel appliances, black granite counter tops, updated lighting and plumbing fixtures.
These are the screening requirements that assist the Landlord to determine eligibility, but do not guarantee it:
Non-smoking property.
Must be 22 to sign a lease
Must have a credit score of 670 or above with good credit history
Net income per month must be 3 times greater than the monthly rent (must provide proof)
No history of past evictions
No criminal record other than traffic violations
In addition, we reserve the right to ask for additional documentation, if necessary, to
determine tenant eligibility
