Jenison is a quiet town. It's the oldest part of the city, which means that walking through the town can be a very visually stimulating experience; all of the buildings come from various time periods so there's no cookie cutter neighborhoods like you'd find on the other edges of Jenison. The variety in architecture also means a wider choice in rental apartments. You're more likely to find a studio for rent or a simple one bedroom apartment or single room in Jenison's town center than you would be in the outlying areas of the city.
