The private bathroom is adjacent to the connected rooms at the top of the stairs.
This is available in a beautiful, historic, remodeled 1780s shipbuilders' home located in Franklin's town center. (The property was formerly the Elephant Inn B&B and Franklin Tourist Information Center.)
The house is 9 miles from Ellsworth, 22 miles from Bar Harbor, and 38 miles from Brewer/Bangor, with deeded access to the ocean - Taunton Bay is just across the road. Easy access to many diverse trails including the Downeast Sunrise Trail. Just down the road are public boat landings.

$900 per month, ALL UTILITIES INCLUDED! Owner pays for water, sewer, heat, electric, trash, internet, yard and driveway maintenance. No pets. One year lease required. Current residency of this very large home: 3 people full-time, 1 very part-time.
