Verified residentReview source: verified residentI have lived at Cypress Pointe for 5 months and have nothing but great things to say about them! I looked around Louisville for 8 months before coming across this beautiful place. I didnt even know about the amenities until I came in for a tour. My apartment faces the court yard, pool and newly remodeled Pickle Ball Court. I love the clean and quiet area. The maintenance dept is spot on when needed. I would recommend this place to any one! The management team is very friendly and courteous.

Verified residentReview source: verified residentI am very disappointed with the parking, not enough lights or security cameras. My car was broken into . Not that I am exempt from that happening, more lights and security cameras, especially for the tenants on the back end like myself. And as far as the laundry I have lost money on several laundry days, due to washers and dryers not working, but never the less you learn from falling.
