I have had so many problem when I moved in. I asked for a handicapped parking sticker. They finally put one up that is a foot off the ground. So many people park there because they can’t see it. My floor under my sink was horrible. I had to take everything out of there because it was horrible. It took them about 3 weeks to get it done. The manager had to come back to fix it I is now perfect. The shelf next to it is as as bad. He fixed that one. It ruined several things. Can I get them replaced? I had broken windows in my bedroom. They were finally fixed when people that fixed windows came to fix the whole complex. My bathroom was the worst problem the bar that was in there was broken the first day I was there. It finally got fixed last week when it was painted. It was done by the other helper at first for the first several months and it was awful. Matt came by and fixed it all. I do t think I should have to wait 6 months to get something fixed. to my apt finally after the other maintenance guy could not do anything right. I have lived here since April. Nothing h was ever done right. I so mad at this place. I think it is horrible. Matt is the only one to fix my apt. to say how great Matt is. He is the best manager I have ever met. He fixed several things in my apt

Maintenance is so slow they are going backwards. Management acts clueless. Had water leak before May 11. Come home one night and door was left open. Not unlocked, open. Asked Angelina if Maintenance was in my apartment and she was clueless. Took from May 11th to August 7th to get apartment livable again and they still expect the rent. I’m very disappointed with the way it turned out. Complex is in an excellent spot but that’s it. No motivation what so ever in the office. Too bad.
