Floor plan features: a large fully equipped eat-in kitchen and executive office area; a large family room with treehouse like deck overlooking the horse pastures directly behind; tiled bathroom with bead board walls and claw foot tub/shower plus a separate linen closet; large bedroom with plenty of closet space. Closets are ample with two additional closets- a coat closet by the entry plus a storage closet in the family room. The open deck has al fresco dining seating plus a lounge chair situated beneath a 100 year old deciduous tree. The exquisite views are abundant in all directions with donkeys, horses, goats, cows, geese and chickens roaming the surrounding farm within a stones throw. The owners 1860s historical private residence is also situated on the property. Please note this carriage house home is located on the second floor so occupants must feel comfortable taking steps daily to their second floor nest. Complimentary laundry facilities are also onsite.
The Carriage house is adjacent to an boutique organic farm with great equestrian views. The property is private and secure. This historic carriage house was gutted and retrofitted with a high efficiency furnace and air system; all new wiring and plumbing throughout. The kitchen includes an electric dishwasher and microwave oven and furnishings have been mindful to include most any need down to the necessary wine glasses. Please not bedding and bath are quality linens and the bed is a firm king size bed.
