The owners 1860s historical private residence is also situated on the property. Please note this carriage house home is located on the second floor so occupants must feel comfortable taking steps daily to their second floor nest. This historic carriage house was gutted and retrofitted with a high efficiency furnace and air system; all new wiring and plumbing throughout. The kitchen includes an electric dishwasher and microwave oven and furnishings have been mindful to include most any need down to the necessary wine glasses. Please not bedding and bath are quality linens and the bed is a firm king size bed.
