The kitchen comes equipped with a stove and refrigerator. -Utilities/Services- • Tenant pays electricity, gas, water sewage/trash removal. • Tenant provides all lawn care their own window a/c unit(s) • Renter's insurance required -Pets- • Approval may be obtained for either 1-2 cats/small dogs remaining under 25 lbs OR only 1 larger dog, subject to breed restrictions. • Nonrefundable pet fees per each pet include a one-time fee of $150 a $40 monthly pet rent. -Applications- • $45 nonrefundable fee (an in-person tour is required prior to applying). • Credit history, criminal background, past residency checks conducted verifiable monthly income of at least 3x the rental rate required.
