“I think noise and the maintenance of the hallway is my biggest concern. I live facing the garage and the garage door is very loud, keeps me up all night. I understand trash valet but makes the hallway smell, possibly attracting rodents and the hallway walls are very scuffed. The lobby is misleading. I expected to see the same care in the hallway but it looks like 2 separate places.”
