    *Background check to make sure there are no prior evictions, bankruptcies, or felonies. (Which does not necessarily
     disqualify you).
    *Current rental verification
     *Verification of finances: Must make a combined income of no less than 3 times the rent per month.

Pet Policy:

We love our furry family members, but for these units do not allow Dogs who are not over 18" tall and not over 20 lbs. in weight.
