Three Bedroom, One Bathroom House with Fenced Yard

This three bedroom house has one bathroom and a fenced yard. Washer/dryer is included. Tenants are responsible for gas and electricity, as well as $40 per person per month for W/S/T. We require applicants to see the property in person, with only a few exceptions that allow proxies or virtual tours. Once you have seen the property, please submit one application and application fee for each adult who will be a tenant. Children under 18 do not need to apply. The application fee is payable in-person (cash or check) or via an online application link provided after your showing. If you need to drop off anything after hours, utilize the drop box outside the office - just make sure to label payments with your name.
