This downstairs, one-bedroom condo on Goeglein Gulch boasts gorgeous mountain views from the living room and bedroom, as well as from the front deck. The kitchen includes a microwave and dishwasher. Blackout shades in the bedroom and washer/dryer in the bathroom. Tenants are responsible for electricity and gas and $40 for w/s/t per person per month. No pets. Reserved parking spot and guest parking. Clubhouse includes fitness and business centers. The move-in date may vary based on when the unit is ready. INTERESTED IN THIS RENTAL? The first step is to schedule a showing. We require applicants to see the property in person, with only a few exceptions that allow proxies or virtual tours. Once you have seen the property, please submit one application and application fee for each adult who will be a tenant. Children under 18 do not need to apply. The $50 application fee is payable in-person (cash or check) or via an online application link provided after your showing.
