Enjoy the lovely weather and dine outside on the large deck while sneaking a peak of Lake Tahoe. Later, curl up to your favorite show on traditional cable or choose to Stream using your own credentials. On those chillier Tahoe nights, fire up the large wood stove for ultimate coziness. The Primary bedroom was recently upgraded to a comfy king-sized bed with premium bedding ensuring a good night's rest. This bedroom is furthest from the living room and includes its own private bathroom. Children should never be allowed to play unsupervised outside when snow loads exist on the roof. People should never walk under the eaves of the property when snow load is present on the roof. 4. 4th Sleeping area is a loft that overlooks the living room. 5. Parking for 3-4 vehicles in the paved, flat driveway. Street parking is prohibited year-round. 6. AWD/4WD vehicles are strongly advised during the winter months. 7.
