Additionally, you can find a few rental homes in this area. Two bedroom rental properties around here generally range from $650 - $850.

Locating a pet friendly rental in Troy can be a bit hit or miss. Many of the student housing complexes have strict "no pet" policies. However, with a little time (and extra money for the additional pet deposit) you’ll be sure to find a great apartment that is both cat and dog friendly.
