The walls and floors are extremely thin. When another tenant near us is WALKING in their apartment, the floors in our apt squeak and it’s very noisy. People don’t follow the parking guidelines and there are not enough unnumbered spots for two cars per apt (a normal amount of cars for a family). Maintenance guys are the best for sure, Terry and Johnathon are super sweet and very good at what they do for this place. Just don’t feel like $1150/mo is worth the noise, parking, and the delay in work orders being carried through. We didn’t have a kitchen or hall floor for months because it all took extremely long. Just feel like it’s more of a fend for yourself living situation.

These apartments are not luxury apartments. The ceilings in my bathroom are flaking off, the ceiling paint doesn't cover all around the ceiling fans, one bathroom cabinet door is not fully attached to the cabinet, the floor has little specks of paint everywhere, the exhaust fan in my bathroom looks like it is falling out and the ceiling is cracking. One door has a place that looks like someone tried to put their fist through it. I was told my internet would be free and now I have to provide my own internet. The baseboards is coming off the wall in some places. And this isn't right when you pay a luxury price for rent. Sad
