225 Madison Street - 02

This one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment features a newly updated kitchen, luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout, and a beautiful original marble fireplace that adds historic character to the living space. The fireplace is decorative only and is not operational. The kitchen offers room for a small eat-in table. Please note that the bedroom is quite small and has limited space for furniture. It can accommodate a twin-size bed and a small chest of drawers, but is not suitable for a queen-size bed setup. A bedroom closet provides additional storage. The apartment is located less than a five-minute drive from downtown. Parking at the building is limited, so street parking may be required. The tenant is responsible for electricity, which includes electric baseboard heating and the water heater. There is no gas service to the apartment. The security deposit is equal to one month's rent (subject to screening results). Full screening criteria are available at showings.
