Centered around two popular golf courses, Myrtlewood offers resort-style living at more reasonable rates than oceanfront properties. Most rentals include access to community pools and recreation facilities, creating vacation vibes year-round. The central location puts both beaches and shopping within a quick drive, while remaining removed from tourist congestion during peak seasons. The neighborhood lacks the walkability of downtown districts, making a car essential for most daily activities. Perfect for golf enthusiasts, remote workers wanting amenities without premium pricing, and those preferring a quieter setting with easy access to beach activities when desired.
