Rent is negotiable so let us know what your monthly budget is and we can work something out. Rent is just for the home and 5 acres. Additional acreage up to 20 more acres of pasture can be added to the home if needed. Also 30 extra acres of wooded land is behind the home and can be used for hunting. Land has large population of deer and squirrels. Land is UNRESTRICTED and has city water and electric. You can do anything on the land. Home is in like-new condition. School bus will pick up and drop off in front of house if going to Stilwell School District. Oklahoma allows students to go to any school district if parents can them drop off. Zion and Tahlequah schools are only 20 minutes away.
