The rental application is a background check and soft credit. All applicants must submit their 2 most recent pay stubs. Also, first month's rent and deposit must be paid before move in and all utilities must be turned on by tenants too. Renter pays: gas, electric, and lawn care. The owner will take care of the sewage and water, and the tenant will pay an additional $200 water deposit. Please submit a rental application if interested.
