Brooklyn, Ohio, is a small suburban city in the shadow of a much larger one--Cleveland. It is not to be confused with Old Brooklyn, which is actually a neighborhood in Cleveland, or Brooklyn Heights, a village also in the area.
Brooklyn is located just six miles to the southwest of Cleveland. In fact, it is less than one mile from Brooklyn to the Cleveland Metroparks Zoo, and less than five miles to Cleveland Hopkins Airport.
