Nice home located in Strathmore, NY area, with central AC for those hot summers! Look no further! This is a must see and won't last long! This adorable bungalow has a back yard deck. LVT flooring in the kitchen and bathroom, hardwood floors throughout, newer roof. Nice private enclosed front porch. Parking pad on property, ample storage in the basement. The home looks much bigger in person. Parking pad on property, ample storage in the basement Call only Monday thru Saturday from 9am to 5pm. NO CALL'S ON SUNDAY EVER, PLEASE!
Note: Washer and dryer in the basement however, it is not apart of the monthly Rent left by previous tenants, it is operating as of now but, it is not apart of the monthly Rent therefore, if it's inoperable at any point management is not responsible or required to replace or repair. You are welcome to bring your own and put this one to the side near the steps.

Tenant's responsible for all utilities: Electric, Water and Gas! Tenant's are responsible for replacing AC filters every 3 months, management will purchase the initial 3 filters at move in filters and will leave them in the basement, however tenant(s) are responsible for purchasing and replacing, we will check this periodically to ensure its being done, failure to do so could case the AC not to work properly.

Credit Score of 650 or above, if lower than 635 no need to apply. Income of 2.75 times the rent. A year of rental receipts from current landlord.
