This rental has a beautiful open floor plan; When entering the front door, you are greeted with a foyer that continues into the large living room, dining room, and kitchen great room; The primary bedroom has an en suite primary bathroom with dual sinks, garden tub, shower stall and walk-in closet; The front bedroom is connected to the hallway bathroom; And the last bedroom is located next to the kitchen, across from the hallway bathroom; All bedrooms are spread out in the home and do not share walls.

Tenant pays for all utilities - NV Energy, SW Gas, Douglas Disposal and Indian hills GID water/sewer bill are required. Tenant supplies refrigerator and washer/dryer. Owner pays for lawn mowing service; Tenant is responsible for all other landscaping maintenance. Renter's insurance required. Pay rent and submit maintenance requests online with our tenant website/app.

$55 non-refundable cash application fee required for each person over 18 (includes full credit report, background check, employment/salary authentication, and identity authentication).
