Location: the town hall is down the street. In the same building are the police and fire department. Across the parking lot from that is the post office. Next to that its a cafe and down the street are a restaurant, the library, and a golf course. That road leads to Mt Washington and Bretton Woods. In the other direction from the town hall are a convenience store, restaurants, shops, a church, Colonial Theater, and a golf course. That road leads to jobs and shopping in Littleton, and to I-93 for jobs further afield.
Apartment rent includes water and sewer, snowplowed driveway and parking (with 1 or 2 spots for you), and trash collection. Tenant pays electricity and heat (propane).
Property has a laundry room and a back lawn with picnic table (where you can put your BBQ/hibachi.
No dogs. No smoking anything.
Process:
1. Please fill out the application form by clicking on the blue Apply Now button on the original listing on avail.co, providing names and email addresses of landlords and employers of the last four years. The computer will email landlords- I'll email employers for a referral.
2. If those referrals go well, we'll schedule a viewing.
3. If after the viewing, you confirm you want to rent it, you can authorize the background check, which is $55.
4. If the background check goes well, we can schedule a time to meet, sign the rental agreement, pay the security deposit and first month's rent, and receive keys.
