It’s a nice place to live other then us night shifters or any time past 7pm you have to park way near the storage units for buliding 100
We are paying for extras such as concierge garbage pick up and that is inconsistent. The halls and stairwells need to be maintained better. Despite threats of fining residents for violations, that hasn't happened yet and more people are breaking the rules (parking, garbage, smoking, picking up after their dogs)
