Verified residentReview source: verified residentWe are paying for extras such as concierge garbage pick up and that is inconsistent. The halls and stairwells need to be maintained better. Despite threats of fining residents for violations, that hasn't happened yet and more people are breaking the rules (parking, garbage, smoking, picking up after their dogs)
