Gas Heaters and Electric Baseboard Heaters is the main heat source. Tenants must start a Gas Contract with Pruitt Gas Company-tank is rented from Pruitt. Tenants must provide their own window AC Units. Tenants provide their own washer dryer. Tenants are responsible for Duke Energy for Power and TWSA for Water. Tenants are responsible for Lawn Maintenance and Landscape. City Trash removal is every Monday morning. House is on a Septic Tank 1 small pet allowed with a non-refundable pet fee. **Newly Painted inside outside in 2024** To Rent with Western Carolina Rentals you will need to have a 650 Credit Score, 6 years of established credit, No Criminal Background paystubs of 3 times the market rent in Income.
