Vacation rental homes only accept monthly bookings from September to May; summer and peak season dates are excluded from monthly rentals. STAY REQUIREMENTS: The advertised rate applies only for stays within the specified date range and is subject to a minimum stay requirement of 60 days. For stays under 60 days or during peak season, the nightly market rate will apply. Monthly leases that meet or exceed 91 days are tax-exempt. FEES: Please note that the published monthly rate does not include refundable security deposits, taxes, linens, travel/renters’ insurance, or any other applicable and optional fees. Homes that accept pets will require a nonrefundable $400 fee per pet. RATES PAYMENTS: Payments due at move-in versus monthly rental payments will be decided by the agent and will be based on the duration and total cost of the lease. A detailed breakdown of payment amounts, and due dates will be provided when the lease is drafted for signature. In the event of a discrepancy or conflict between the monthly rate stated here and the rate on an online travel site or third-party booking agent, the greater rate will apply. QUALIFICATIONS: All applicants and occupants aged 18 or older must complete an application for the group to be processed. DESCRIPTION: "Gone Coastal" is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath oceanfront condo located in the quiet southern end of Kure Beach. The oceanfront primary bedroom has a King bed, private full bath and access to the large oceanfront deck. The second bedroom is equipped with a Queen bed. Plan your meals in the fully furnished kitchen and enjoy them on the deck or at the dining table inside. There is also seating for three at the kitchen pass through bar. *Please keep in mind that if you are renting a property with a pool during the off-season, it may not be open or available. Pools are usually open from mid- May to September, but dates can vary based on weather, permits, HOA guidelines, inspections, improvements, and unforeseen events.
