This home has recently undergone extensive plumbing rehab. All old plumbing in the house has been replaced with new--even pipes under the cement basement floor were excavated and replaced. This house could be an amazing rent-share for the right resident. Or for someone who wants a basement Man or responsible cave. Excellent for roomies who would enjoy sharing common areas but would also like their own space/privacy. There is a full bathroom upstairs and downstairs, a kitchenette downstairs and full kitchen upstairs, and 2 separate storage areas. The basement has an outside door and is finished.
