Cute, cozy, energy-efficient house with one bedroom and a full bath upstairs, and one bedroom down. The kitchen comes equipped with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, and a dishwasher; the washer/dryer hook-up is conveniently located upstairs. A washer/dryer set is available for rent for $65/month.

For this unit, Hilltop provides lawn care and trash service; tenant is responsible for water service through the City of Eldon and electricity through Ameren Missouri.

We are pet friendly! Pet rent is $25/month per animal, with a maximum of two pets.

A $40 fee that covers ID/bank/pay verification, background/credit check, and pet verification will be required of each adult applicant later in the process if you are qualified and interested in pursuing a lease. We do not do showings until we have done the initial screening of each applicant.

We do annual leases, but we do not take a traditional security deposit, instead we use deposit insurance (coverage). In particular, we use lease and security deposit coverage, which is a lower-cost alternative to paying a security deposit to get into a rental. Instead of paying a deposit, you're purchasing an insurance plan that can help cover damages and non-payment of rent.
