Pet Friendly 2-Bed/1-Bath House

This cute, cozy, energy-efficient house has a covered entry, and doors are a minimum of 3 feet wide; it offers comfortable, accessible living, all on one floor! The kitchen comes equipped with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, and a dishwasher; the washer/dryer hook-up has space for full-sized units. A washer/dryer set is available for rent for $65/month.

Electricity through Ameren Missouri and water/sewer through the City of Eldon are tenant responsibility. Hilltop will provide lawn care and trash service.

We are pet friendly! Pet rent is $25/month per pet, with a maximum of two animals.

A $40 fee that covers ID/bank/pay verification, background/credit check, and pet verification will be required of each adult applicant if you are qualified and interested in pursuing a lease. We do not do showings until we have done the initial screening of each applicant.

We do annual leases, and we do not take a traditional security deposit; instead we use deposit insurance (coverage). In particular, we use lease and security deposit coverage, which is a lower-cost alternative to paying a security deposit to get into a new place. Instead of paying a deposit, you're purchasing an insurance plan that can help cover damages and non-payment of rent.

In addition to the security deposit coverage, we require tenants to purchase and maintain a renters insurance policy that will provide liability coverage and will cover their belongings in the event of a loss.
