This recently rehabbed 3-bedroom, 2-bath manufactured home offers easy-care vinyl flooring plus carpet in the bedrooms, heat and a/c, w/d hookups. Appliances include: refrigerator, range, microwave, and dishwasher. Close to amenities (groceries, restaurants, and Highway 52).

A washer and dryer are available to rent for $65/month for the set.

Tenant is responsible for electric and water. Hilltop will provide mowing and trash.

We are pet friendly! Pet rent is $25/month per animal, with a maximum of two pets.

A $40 fee that covers ID/bank/pay verification, background/credit check, and pet verification will be required of each adult applicant later in the process if you are qualified and interested in pursuing a lease. We do not do showings until we have done the initial screening of each applicant.
