A second A/C unit sits under one window, and other than the brown hides-anything carpet, the white theme continues along all of the walls and closet doors. The grounds of the complex include an outdoor pool, tennis courts, and Civic Center Park and the Evergreen Golf Course are literally right across the street. A large parking garage includes assigned parking and offers a covered breezeway through to the apartments.
