Renovations along the historic Main Street have created desirable rentals in beautiful historic buildings, particularly close to the Jennie Stewart Medical Center. The ornate charm of antebellum buildings will be a major temptation. Renovated apartments here generally range from $1200-$1400 per month.

Southwest of downtown, near the Hopkinsville Country Club, you’ll find a lot of new development with apartment rentals available in affordable communities. Many of the apartments and condominiums complexes here will have amenities, including gyms, pools and clubhouses. Since these apartments are close to Fort Campbell, you’ll find studio apartments and furnished apartments for rent.
