Additionally, you can find everything from studio apartments to three bedrooms to furnished apartments for rent, and many of these rentals also offer short-term lease deals. Two bedrooms here generally range from $450 to $600.
The area south of campus and the city center feels more settled and family-oriented. Though most of the rental properties in this area are owner-occupied, you can occasionally find houses and duplexes for rent. There are also a handful of small, older apartment complexes that offer rentals of varying sizes and quality. Two bedrooms in this area range from $500 to $650.
Good news for pet-lovers! Many of Murray’s best rental properties are both cat and dog friendly. Though some rental homes or campus-area apartments may have breed or size limitations, the city is overall quite pet friendly. Two paws up!
