The city of Yorkville is divided into two distinct neighborhoods.

South Side: The south side of town is the area south of Fox River, which runs through the heart of the city. It's home to the Silver Springs State Park, a beautiful spot for outdoor walks and recreation, and has the feel of a charming suburban area.

North Side: The north side of town is a bit less expensive and has a little more action than the south. There's a cluster of restaurants and shops near the intersection at Bridge Street and West Veterans Parkway, and living near here also means easy access right into Chicago.
