4) Applicants must have a credit score of 650 or above. All applicants with credit scores below 650 will be declined. No evictions or outstanding rent balances in the last three years (unless paid in full, and there have been no problems with residency since).
5) No more than three negative accounts on your credit profile in the last 18-months. Credit, background check, income and asset verification required for all adult applicants.
6) Bankruptcy may be okay, provided that it has been discharged and credit has met the above aforementioned requirements.
7) Providing false information will terminate your application or tenancy (if applicable) immediately.
