The formal dining space is equipped with a lovely dining set for eight. Dining, living and wet bar areas are outfitted with a cutting edge Sonos speaker surround sound system for maximum enjoyment.

Gaze out at the Pacific Ocean and the home’s tropical courtyard from the sublime gourmet kitchen, outfitted with elegant and unique green granite counter tops, gleaming stainless steel top-of-the-line appliances, and a skylight. Guests staying at Villa #39 have the option of full privileges to both the resorts with payment of an additional fee.
