Location is tucked away among trees & is quiet & relaxing. In the spring, fall and summer you can walk/run/bike to several trail heads (5 mins) and Lionshead Village (15 min / .95 mile). Please note: wood burning fireplace is out of order, sorry. Listen to Sandstone Creek as it ripples across the back yard. Sorry, NO PETS and no smoking anywhere in the complex per the HOA rules and regulations. 2 cars maximum.
