The backyard includes a relaxing covered patio and a spacious grass backyard. WE’RE INVESTED IN YOUR FUTURE - With AMRR, you can take full advantage of our homebuyer program and earn up to $5,000 towards the future purchase of a new home. We also report all on-time rental payments to the credit bureaus, which can have a huge positive impact on your credit score. Length of lease can typically be between 12 and 24 months.
