Lea Lite is the evolution of our previous product, "Nurture," allowing us to provide a better rental experience for renters and properties alike with advanced AI technology!

Are you eligible for Lea Lite?

If you utilize Yardi, RealPage, or Resman, you're eligible for Lea Lite. If you have a more manual setup, you may also be eligible!

How Can Lea Lite Help You

How Does It Work?

Renters who are ready to move and express interest in your available apartments are shared with your leasing team directly.

Renters looking to move at a later date or those earlier in their search process are stored in your management system with no action required by your leasing teams.
