2. Submit $ 50.00 credit fee with the application for each person over age 18
3. Provide 3 months proof of income & past rental history
4. Copy of Photo ID
5. Appointments to view rentals will be scheduled once applicants have been approved following the rental screening process.
6. Renters insurance required and your personal liability coverage must be $300,000.00 and LEVCO PROPERTY MANAGEMENT, LLC named as an "Interested Party" on the Declaration page of your insurance policy.
7. Poorly qualified applicants, if approved, may be required to pay a higher security deposit, and may be required a co-singer based on income, employment history and rental history. Co-signer may be a family member or friend and must be approved by the office.
