This listing is to rent out one of two fully furnished bedrooms in my large single family home. I'm the home owner and also live in the house but there is plenty of space! Both spare bedrooms will be rented out and both tenants will have access to the whole house (other than the master suit which is my bedroom/bathroom). Both tenants will share a bathroom but will also have access to the powder room on the first floor. The kitchen and laundry rooms will be shared. The house has three living rooms and tenants can use my appliances/electronics in these rooms. There is also a workout room that tenants will have access to. There is a nice, closed-in backyard with a firepit. I will pay for the utilities and internet so the $750 covers all of this. I can be flexible with the duration of the lease, just let me know what you're looking for. I'm very easy-going and clean and I'm looking for responsible tenants to share this beautiful house with!
