Madeira is a tiny area and no matter where you end up living there's a good chance you're going to love it! There are really only two neighborhoods within the town.
Country Club Acres: This area is home to the prestigious Kenwood Country Club! It's mostly owner-occupied with lots of single-family homes and apartment complexes.
City Center: This part of town is home to the infamous Ferrari's Little Italy and Bakery, which is reason enough to live here! Madeira Farmer's Market is also located here on Dawson Road. Rents are on the higher side over here.
Living in Madeira is a dream! It's the kind of place that has something for everyone! They call it the "Friendly Town" and they mean it -- you'll be welcomed in with open arms here. It remains in close proximity to other parts of the Tri-State area, and is easily accessible by Interstate 71 and Montgomery Road. The economy is booming and it's a great place to look for a job, especially for people who are willing to commute to nearby Cincinnati, which is what most folks do. You'll find the Kenwood Country Club is a great place to swim or play a game of golf or tennis. The suburb is right off I-71, which can get you into Cincinnati in less than half an hour! Montgomery Road also runs past Madeira, and from there you can get to the other nearby suburbs. It's also a commercial hub for the area. You'll find Ruby Tuesday, TGI Friday's and Buffalo Wild Wings here along with Cooper's hawk Winery and Restaurant and Embers Restaurant. In Madeira's small downtown area, there is Ferrari's Little Italy and Bakery and a number of little boutique and shops. There's also a place called Cheers To Art, which offers are classes with a glass of wine! If you get a hankering for more big city entertainment, just head into Cincinnati, where you can find all the sports, theater, culture, dining and entertainment you could want!
