This extremely well maintained 3 Bedroom/ 2.5 bath condo is located in the beautiful Pebble Brook subdivision. Located directly next to the Gallatin County Regional Park, this condo provides easy access to walking paths and other recreational activities. Boasting great views of the mountains south of Bozeman from the living room windows and outside porch. Inside the unit boasts high end finishes, gas fireplace, air conditioning, attached two car garage and an open living room floor plan.

Water/Sewer and trash, snow removal and landscaping included in rent.

No pets and no smoking allowed.

All of our tenants need to have $100,000 of renters insurance. Tenants will need to pay $10.00 per month for renters insurance if they do not provide proof of their own insurance.

Minnick Management Inc. runs a credit and criminal background check on all applicants over the age of 18. In addition we conduct a rental reference from past landlords. If you do not have credit or low credit, Minnick can ask for a co-signer. Also if you do not have rental history, you will automatically need a co-signer. Our rental application, along with the co-signer application is on our website, www.minnickmanagement.com.

There is a $40 non-refundable application fee. However, when you apply online you may opt to "skip fees" on the payment page. We will later collect your application fee over the phone once you are next in line and have viewed the unit and confirmed you want it. If you choose to pay the application fee ahead of time then please understand that the fee is non-refundable.
