SECURITY DEPOSIT AND HOLDING THE PROPERTY

* A $1,500 security deposit is required to hold the property.
* The deposit is due when the lease is signed.
* The move-in date must be within two weeks of paying the deposit.
* The deposit may be paid electronically after the lease is signed or by cashier's check or money order payable to Commonwealth Property Rentals, LLC.
* Payments may be delivered to 103 Plaza Drive, Lawrenceburg, KY.
* If no one is available, place the payment in the designated drop box and text us a clear picture for confirmation.
* Deposits may take a few business days to appear on your tenant ledger.
* The first month's rent will be prorated when applicable and is due on or before move-in.

TENANT PORTAL

Once the lease is signed, tenants will receive access to the online portal, where they can pay rent electronically and submit maintenance requests.

UTILITIES

Tenants are responsible for all utilities associated with the property. All required utilities must be transferred into the tenant's name within five days of move-in.

PET POLICY

A maximum of two approved pets is permitted.

* $150 pet fee per pet
* Pets under 15 pounds: $25 per month
* Pets weighing 15 pounds or more: $40 per month
