This home is absolutely one of the neatest properties we have managed. If you get one chance to come take a walk around this home for 20 minutes you will fall in love with what it has to offer. This home is located right next to the Boise river. Not only is the river a great option but the greenbelt and foot bridge to Quinn's pond and Ester Simplot pond is just a short walk. This place also has a community pool and clubhouse if you're not feeling the river. Oh wait, there's more, don't forget about surfing and kayaking in the whitewater park located basically in your backyard. I would imagine after a long day of surfing and riding the greenbelt you're going to work up a big appetite, well, that's covered too. Enjoy the new Luciano's Restaurant just a few doors down.
