The street seems quiet to me. No pets please. 12 month lease required.
The rent is $750 a month and the deposit is the same as rent. Deposit and first month rent required to move in. I also require the renter to bring home 3 times the rent, so $2,250 a month and have at least $3,000 dollars in savings. Must have full time job. I will need to see 3 months of current pay stubs, proof of savings, 3 references (rental) and ID.
