Older split level home on a large lot with partial water and Mt. Baker view in Sequim. The top floor includes the kitchen, living room, full bathroom and three bedrooms.
Downstairs is a large laundry room, an office, fourth bedroom, family room and closets for storage. Heated and cooled with an efficient heat pump. Laminate flooring and newer carpet and new stove. Washer and dryer are provided (as-is).
No garage is provided at this home but there is plenty of space to park vehicles, a boat or Rv. There is a detached garage at the back of the property that is not for tenant use.
Internet and yard care are included in the rent. Tenant is pays for for water, sewer, electricity and garbage. Pets possible on a case by case basis with additional deposit and rent, $25-50 per pet.
One month's rent, $2,100 security deposit and non-refundable $400 carpet cleaning fee are required.
