Tons of natural light in all rooms, especially the upstairs large bedroom/workspace with 13 ft ceilings and a sliding door to a rooftop balcony looking over the backyard lawn, slate patio and garden terrace.
Nice views across the Winooski river to Burlington, especially in winter, since across the street is a cliff leading down to the railroad track. Train passes 1-2 times a day on some weekdays, usually at 8:30am or in the late evening.
2 min walk to center of town, limited parking in front of house (2 spots, one in front of the other) No smoking. Reference checks for employment and past landlords, as well as credit and background checks required. We will be looking for proof of income of 3x the monthly rent for the household.
